This is a nice tasty and healthy meal to have for tea time.

Serves 2
Cook time – 30 minutes
Prep time – 10 minutes


6 Falafels
4 Pickled Cucumbers
2 Tomato
2 Hand Full of Lettuce
4 tbls Humous
2 Pitta Bread
2 tbls pickled cabbage
2 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste, optional)

1. Cook the Falafels under grill for approx 20 mins
2. Get the pittabread and spread the Humous all over.
3. Add tomato, lettuce cabbage, cucumbers and tahini to the centre of the bread.
4. Add Falafels and wrap it up.
